“I literally could not have chosen a better photographer”
Diego + Elis clicked instantly over dinner one night 5 years ago, and have been inseparable since. A few years later and Diego organised a trip to the Hunter Valley. It was somewhere they had been time and again so Elis wasn’t suspicious. She says, “When we got to the location, it was absolutely gorgeous. We went to some vineyards and had bought some wine. When we got back, the sun was setting and we saw a nice deck across the lake on the property we were staying at. Diego suggested we walk up to it with our glass of wine. When I was turning to tell Diego how beautiful the sunset was on the lake, he was on his knee and told me he can’t imagine his life without me. And then I proceeded to ugly-cry and we hugged for ages.”
They planned their wedding excited to say their vows and celebrate with their favourite people. They spent the morning getting ready, Elis’ hair styled by her father who is a hairdresser, which added a special touch. Diego came to the home escorted by drummers to collect his bride.
They said their vows at Le Montage, our groom overwhelmed with emotion at seeing his gorgeous bride as she came down the aisle. Following the ceremony, we went to Town Hall for photos, the sophisticated surroundings adding an elegant touch.
When it came to their wedding photos, Elis kindly says, “I literally could not have chosen a better photographer. Everything looks stunning. Mark was so easy to work with and it all felt natural. These photos are UNREAL…You guys are the best team”. So are Diego + Elis!
