Tom + Claudia met at a nightclub and fell in love. Five and a half years later and Claudia had been trying to arrange a hike in Berry with Tom and their siblings and partners and they finally got it to happen. In the lead up, she started to get suspicious so she planned ahead, just in case (“got my nails done, did my hair (for a hike…..) lashed brows the whole thing!”). However, she was quickly dissuaded when her brother dropped out and everyone was acting “too normal”. When they started the hike however, the energy shifted and Claudia started to get nervous and raced up the mountain, the first one up to the top. As she turned around from the look out, she saw Tom’s siblings with their phones out and Tom standing there expectantly.  He dropped to one knee and hiding in the bushes was Claudia’s brother, taking photos. Claudia says, “It was messy and silly and a proposal that summed up Tom and I’s relationship.”

Tom + Claudia planned their wedding day excited to share in the joy of the day with their friends + family. One of the highlights was their ceremony at St Thomas of Canterbury in Lewisham, and their excitement and emotions when they first saw each other as Claudia came down the aisle.

Tom + Claudia celebrated their reception at the Linseed House at The Grounds of Alexandria. They opted for a moody aesthetic with a divine burgundy and green colour palate, executed brilliantly by the team at Paloma Events, who brought together florals from By Magnolia and stationery from Xela Studios to complete the look.

When it came to their wedding photography, Claudia kindly says:
